M&S Café in Birmingham

"I LOVE this cafe. It’s not a high class, swanky bistro but the food is good quality/always served so quickly and hot, prices are very reasonable, but best of all the staff are amazing - especially a lady called Sue Press who ends up having to serve me at the end of her shift on a regular basis. Sue is ALWAYS so happy and content in her work, she goes above and beyond to prep any drink exactly as you prefer and she’s never makes me feel like the inconvenience that I must be turning up two minutes before closing! Protect Sue and the M&S longbridge at all costs! A gem."

I dream about their Belgian chocolate macadamia nut cookies So far no luck finding them in any other branch PLEASE PACKAGE IT AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE ONLINE! As for the place itself, it could use to be a little cleaner, leftover food tends to sit on the table for too long before getting cleared"

"Yesterday, I visited the Marks & Spencer Café in Longbridge to pass some time before doing my shopping. I arrived around lunchtime and quickly joined the queue. I was promptly served and given detailed information about the dishes I was unfamiliar with. As a starter, I chose a dish that was truly spectacular, featuring a delightful variety of cheeses and cured meats, as well as deliciously prepared bread, similar to pizza or piadina. For my main course, I opted for the full breakfast, which was absolutely exquisite. The meal, including the espresso I enjoyed after lunch, was superb. The atmosphere on the terrace was very pleasant, with a bit of sunshine adding to the experience. Although the view is not particularly remarkable, the overall ambiance is very relaxing. The staff members contribute significantly to the enjoyable experience with their attentiveness and precision. Overall, it's definitely a great spot to enjoy a lunch break, a quick coffee, or a relaxing pause during shopping or while exploring the area."
